Shipment & Postage:
Postage method differences.
  1.  Shipment - the delivery of the items from country of origin to Malaysia.
  2.  Postage - the delivery of items from me to you (or address).
  3.  Shipment fee for each item is not included in item price, unless stated otherwise.
  4.  Postage fee is RM10 flat rate, or add-on RM5 per item for PosLaju.
  5.  Collection of items is limited to postage; there will be no COD service, unless stated otherwise.

  1. After you receive the invoice email, please make full payment of your total amount before I can process your orders. Postage fee must be cleared in order to claim your items.
  2. Proceed to make your payment to my Public Bank account according to the invoice email. Please inform me as soon as you have made the payment.
  3. Ensure that you keep your transaction slip for your reference. You may have to show proof of payment in the case of non-receipt of payment.

Terms & Conditions:
  1. I place orders directly to the respective websites for GO. There are no other middle-person.
  2. Quotation prices are only valid for the duration of the current price quotation table (i.e. "Valid for Summer: June-August 2010").
  3. After I receive your confirmed orders, you must pay the full amount by the deadline (20th of the month).
  4. After payments are made to the website, there is strictly NO refund if you cancel the order.
    (Only if you cancel your fully paid orders BEFORE I send the orders, you may request for a 95% refund.)
  5. After items are received, there is a strict NO return/exchange policy due to hygiene reasons.
  6. You are given ample time to delay your payment until the deadline on 20th of the month; in return, please do NOT withdraw your confirmed orders after invoice is received.
